Kaira was handed in by a man in Antequera who didn’t want her any more and he threatened saying he was going to leave her in the dog kennel. We had some dogs coming from there already and we know they don’ take care of them a lot, so it was quite urgent to bring her with us.
She is a shy girl at first, but as soon as she feel confident enough, she get closed. When she feels comfortable, she is a loving girl who likes receiving all cuddles and kisses the volunteers give to her. Kaira is calm and balanced, she just needs to relax a little bit more.
With other dogs in the shelter she doesn’t have any problem. Thanks to her great behaviour, she can share her time and space with other males or females, as she is a submissive dog.
Kaira needs a family who won’t leave her alone as it has happened already, but who will love her forever. She wants to receive all cuddles we give her in the shelter and sleep on a sofa finally. Would you make some space for her in yours? Adopt her!
