Menchu arrived at our shelter together with Fragata and Cristina from Sevilla, handed over by her former galguero.
The three have only been with us for a short time and, for the moment, Menchu is still fearful and cautious with people. With the affection, love and patience of our volunteers, we are sure that Menchu will soon improve and gain confidence.
Menchu is sociable and relates very well with other dogs, as they provide her with the security she needs. We believe that living with other stable canine companions will be of great help in her integration process to her new life.
Menchu needs a calm home, where she can heal her emotional wounds and gain confidence in a safe environment. We are looking for a family that understands her sensitivities and is willing to give her the time and patience to help her overcome her fears and become a loyal and loving companion.
