Rigo came to our shelter after spending his whole life suffering what it means to be a podenco in the hunting world. Luckily, his owner decided to give him up and give him the chance of a new life.
Rigo, in spite of everything he has been through, is a cheerful, friendly and affectionate boy, who has adapted to his new reality very quickly. With people he is an ideal boy and with other dogs he coexists very well, although he prefers not to share space with dominant males, he likes to be the alpha male. Due to his strong hunting instinct, he is not suitable to live with cats.
