Monty lived with other animals, and all of them barely survived in what their home was. Their owner was sick in the hospital, so they were completely abandoned, but luckily a person knew about this and did everything he could to rescue them from that situation.
Monty is a dog with a special character, he needs his space. He is cautious at first, but if you don’t push him too much, little by little he starts to trust you and lets you pet him. Monty is an independent dog, he gets along well with other dogs but he prefers to be quiet or play alone in the garden, than with dogs with a lot of energy or too playful.
Monty needs a quiet home, without noise or fuss, and a family that gives him the space he needs, that respects that he doesn’t want to be caught or to be hugged. He would be ideal as an only dog or with another quiet dog. Also, Monty is not suitable with children.
