Puchero was found in Conil de la Frontera (Cádiz), wandering alone in the street, without a chip and with a broken leg. Some girls picked him up and looked for help and a better future than the one that awaited the poor animal.
After a visit to the veterinary traumatologist to check his left leg, it was decided that it was not necessary to operate, as his bone was healing well. At the moment, Puchero is in his foster home, where he is being pampered and well looked after. The treatment prescribed is gentle exercise to rehabilitate and strengthen his leg, while the veterinary traumatologist monitors his progress.
Puchero is a black beauty, young, cheerful, sociable and fearless. Although he is currently an only dog in his foster home, he gets on well with other dogs. He doesn’t really enjoy being left alone at home, but he is improving little by little in that respect.
Puchero will soon be fully recovered and needs to find his forever family. He is a young boy with a lot of life ahead of him to enjoy and receive love and affection. If you want to give him a chance, write to gefadopciones@hotmail.com
