Twister was abandoned near our shelter, tied to a chain next to two cages with the podenco puppies Pepper, Saffron and Chili and the galgo puppies Sicilia and Marcelo.
Despite the misery he must have endured at the hands of humans, Twister is a grateful, friendly, noble and affectionate little dog. He loves to be with people and is constantly looking for our volunteers to give him a cuddle. He is very sociable with other dogs, sharing his space with both males and females.
