Melón was abandoned together with Limón in a cage at the gates of our shelter. The state in which both arrived was very serious: beaten, full of wounds, with eye infections, very malnourished, anaemic, with a lot of parasites and several diseases associated with them. This is an extremely complicated case of animal abuse.
Despite the suffering they must have endured at the hands of humans, Melon has been grateful, docile and noble since the first day he arrived. He is a calm, affectionate dog, loves to be with people and always looks for a caress. With other dogs he is very sociable, he shares his space with both males and females.
We know that Melon is a complicated case, but we are sure that we will find a family who will see through the eyes of this noble soul and offer him a home where he can finally enjoy a dignified life and a warm bed. If you are willing to be that person, write to gefadopciones@hotmail.com
